Harmony Community Care is a Domiciliary and Home Care Provider that promotes an open and transparent operating process. We act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and all information will be handled in accordance with this directive.

Our staff are Registered with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council and adhere to the Standards of Conduct and Practice 2015.

More information is provided to Service Users in our Welcome Pack prior to commencement of services. We comply with the Regulations and Standards set by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority www.rqia.org.uk and our Contractual obligations with the relevant Health and Social Care Trust.

Each year we seek formal feedback from our Service Users which is reviewed and the outcome is published on our website in the form of our Annual Audit.
